I WANT ONE OF THESE.......

The Vanquish is Aston Martin’s V12-powered flagship handcrafted sports car that incorporates state-of-the-art aerospace technology. The V12 Vanquish is the most advanced vehicle to ever come out of the Aston Martin factory in Newport Pagnell. Only 300 hand-built V12 Vanquish models are produced each year, and each is fully customizable to the customer's requirements. The Vanquish S was added for 2005 and is the fastest production model ever from Aston Martin, powered by a 520-horsepower 6.0-liter V12 engine with a top speed in excess of 200 mph. Performance is also increased with a rounded and more open grille for better cooling; an aerodynamic splitter for better high-speed stability; a redesigned decklid for reduced lift; revised steering geometry for quicker response; standard Sports Dynamics suspension; six piston front brake calipers; and new brake pedal assembly for better pedal feel and reduced travel.
Ok, Ok so I know I must be dreaming, this is definately one pricey car, but I would gladly accept a second, third and maybe fouth job for one of these... The Vanquish is featured in the James Bond movie Die Another Day, but Edward Cullen also ownes one as a "special occasion" car in the Twilight book series!

I soooooooooo want one of these!!

Thru Rose Colored Glasses

If you are going to walk on thin ice, you might as well dance. ~Author Unknown

I was looking for some inspiration and came upon some of these photos, which quickly reminded me of the phrase ~ Looking thru rose colored glasses. Oh to be an optimist. Is it really that easy in daily life? For me the answer would be no, I always seem to lean toward the negative side of things or the correct term for me would be a pessimist. Don't get me wrong, I don't always tend to go in that direction, but the negative side is always in the back of my mind somewhere.
Anyhoo...I was going to share some photos, here's to living life in daydreams with all the vivid colors, scenery, imagination and inspiration:

I have moved a few things around on my blog and added my favorite playlist to the bottom.

Enjoy!

Finally a few new things...

Having been a bit under the weather I have not been very creative lately, but I did finally get one set of new beads and a bracelet finished this week. The beads are on a light ivory base with adventuring/translucent vines and dark topaz raised flowers:

The Enchanted Forest bracelet was made to feature these gorgeous boro lampwork beads by Russ & Dhea Powers of Fire & Glass Designs here on ebay: http://stores.ebay.com/Fire-and-Glass-Designs
